"Had my car repaired and service from fidato. They have changed suspension and many thing amounting to a bill amount of Rs. 30000/-. But service was not done as engine light was still on, no wheel alignment after replacement of suspension resulted my car's front tyre bursted on highway. I am going to give my car to a good service centre as they made my car condition worst. Within 10 days I had to spend amount of Rs. 45000 just to worsened my car's condition."

"feedback regarding my experience with Fidato Service Centre: This is by far the worst place to get your vehicle serviced. Their staff lacks experience, and the owner is incredibly unprofessional. After his team damaged my car, his response was, “You already brought the car for an insurance claim because you damaged it, so what’s the big deal if we did too?” Such an attitude is shocking. The entire service took 45 days, and even after that, they couldn’t fix basic issues like AC connections properly. They dismantle your car as soon as it arrives, making it almost impossible to take it elsewhere without incurring additional labour charges. It took them 25-30 days just to diagnose the problems. Even worse, I was asked to coordinate with the insurance representative myself, as they refused to pick up his calls or mine once they had my vehicle. Many of the parts they claimed to have replaced were never installed, and they botched several fittings. The car was delivered to me dirty, and when I requested it to be cleaned, they acted like they were doing me a favour. Additionally, one of the tyres was punctured, and they only fixed it after I repeatedly asked. To top it off, during the polishing process, they scratched my new headlights because they didn’t even bother to cover them. The owner’s management skills and attitude are abysmal—far below what one would expect from any service provider. I strongly recommend against using this service centre for insurance claims or any kind of servicing. Trust me, you’ll regret it. I hope this feedback helps in improving the overall service quality and protecting your customers from similar experiences. Blacklisting this service centre would be a wise decision."

"They taken my car for claim and did not provide any reciving and for only windshield approval it takes long time and after completing the work they are taken extra money instead of file charge and also did not provide any bills. They have sent only amount receiving slip."

"I gave my car in insurance claim on 25th June 2021 with the commitment from Fidato people to get it back in 10 days. However we received it after 40 days of struggle. During these days we were trying to get in touch with the people and did not received satisfactory replies. Further the quality of work is itself visible in photos attached. Have a look at the pathetic work done in the side mirror and the windshield. Windshield looks like just pasted with no rubber beading and all for protection. Further to add we have paid approx. 20000 from our wallet along with a total of approx. 64000 (given by insurance company) for this sort of service. In addition some parts are being removed which were previously present. I will never recommend this place for anyone. Worse pain ever to get our car destroyed and paid for the same."
